How we work

The Young Farmer Business Program is an initiative of the NSW Department of Primary Industries.

Our work is delivered by a small team based in Dubbo. We are supported by, and work with, an advisory committee who help us make sure our work is tailored to the specific needs of young farmers and fishers.

The advisory committee represents a cross-section of farming and fishing businesses from across NSW. Four members are independent, while the rest of our committee have been appointed by the state’s leading farming and fishing organisations.
