Crabs, snapper, jewfish, and more— wild catch fisher Troy Billin catches pretty much every species he can in Yamba on the NSW North Coast.
He often heads out to sea, but in this episode of The Business of Fishing, Troy takes us out on the Clarence River to net for blackfish.

Troy has set himself up to sell directly to fish shops and the Sydney Fish Market. He’s put in a lot of work to build up his own reputation so that he can sell his fish and crabs to places other than the co-op.
